Tim Masson

Founder & Director

Our Director, Tim Masson has more than 18 years’ experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution in Perth and Western Australia. Proudly, he’s even been recognised as one of the ‘Leading Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution Lawyers, Western Australia, 2019.’

Tim has significant experience in energy and resources matters, including joint venture and off-take/supply disputes, contract interpretation disputes – including sale and purchase agreements, financial securities, state agreement matters, royalty issues, mining tenement applications and forfeiture cases, as well as judicial reviews of regulatory decisions concerning mining approvals and infrastructure.

Megan Daddow

Solicitor

As a lawyer at Ensign Legal, Megan specialises in commercial dispute resolution, with a focus on mining and resources.

Megan has experience in the Mining Warden’s Court involving mining tenement applications, exemption applications and forfeiture applications and the Supreme Court of Western Australia on judicial review applications of regulatory decisions. Megan also has experience in corporate matters involving contractual disputes in the District Court and Supreme Court of Western Australia.

Clear and concise advice on all aspects of the Mining Act 1978 and other relevant legislation is always provided with professional and care, with experience you can trust.

Chrissy Tsolakis  

Associate

As an Ensign Legal Associate, Chrissy specialises in providing commercial dispute resolution advice in the mining and resource sector. In addition, Chrissy provides advice in relation to disputes arising from mining tenements and forfeiture cases.

Prior to joining Ensign Legal, Chrissy practiced in the commercial and litigation team having acted on a variety of matters for corporations and individuals in both the Western Australian and Federal jurisdictions.

Chrissy focuses on providing strategic and pragmatic advice to clients to resolve disputes, efficiently and effectively.
